New York Bike Night
We’ve been invited to join in with New York’s (Not America) 80th D Days celebrations. They are holding a bike night along with classic cars. Depending on the weather we will either be putting our poppy stall up or a table inside the village Hall.
Around seven to seven thirty, they will be doing a 14 mile bike trip around a couple of villages, so the residents can join in the celebrations. So let’s flag up.
We can set up from 16.00hrs.

As per the County Reps Manual, can I ask that some of you get there the same time as me to help set up. Also if your happy for the public to sit on your bikes, please get there in good time to allow your bikes to cool down. Your bikes will be in the main display. If you need to leave early or do not want the public sitting on your bikes, then your bikes will be to the rear of the main display.
