Easter Tour Dumfries and Galloway
2025 Dumfries and Galloway Easter weekend tour.
Due to popular demand, and the fact the Easter is fairly late again this year The North East Region of the Riders Branch will be having a whistle stop Easter tour of the Dumfries and Galloway Region of South West Scotland between Fri 18th and Mon 21st April 2025.

The weekend will include a days rideout to Ayr to visit the Rozelle Park Remembrance sculpture trail https://destinationsouthayrshire.co.uk/things-to-do/remembrance-woodland-rozelle/ and a days rideout taking in stunning scenery, forests, deer parks mountain roads etc and Scotland’s highest village and pub. Which day each will take place on will be decided nearer the time so weather conditions can be better gauged.
You will need to contact the site direct to book your own accomodation. This site offers a couple of bars, takeaway and diner, leisure suite, and a shop. It accepts tents, Caravans and Campervans and has a range of cottages and static caravans for hire. Therefore, everyone should have plenty of accomodation options to choose from. You do not of course have to stay on this site, but would be free to join us for any of the rideouts, evening frivolities etc if you wish.
If you wish to join Liz and I on a pleasant, unhurried and scenic ride up the following is the route I intend to take, ps its not the quickest route available. You are though free to make your own way if you prefer.
