We’ve been invited to put our stall up at North Kyme summer fete.

I propose we arrive at 11.30am to set up, for a 14.00hrs start.

There is a bar and BBQ.

As per the County Reps Manual, can I ask that some of you get there the same time as me to help set up. Also if your happy for the public to sit on your bikes, please get there in good time to allow your bikes to cool down. Your bikes will be in the main display. If you need to leave early or do not want the public sitting on your bikes, then your bikes will be to the rear of the main display.
