Welcome to the RBLR Photo Archive. The images displayed on these archive pages represent a small, carefully curated selection from the many thousands of photographs the Branch has accumulated over the years. They have been chosen to reflect key moments, events, and memories, while keeping the galleries fast, accessible, and enjoyable to browse.
The complete photographic archive, covering the years 2004 to 2025 inclusive, has been securely preserved and is held locally. Nothing has been lost — the full history of the Branch remains intact. To ensure the long-term protection of these images and the performance of the website, the full archive is not displayed online.
Members who wish to access photographs from the complete archive are very welcome to do so and can request copies by contacting the Branch Webmaster, who will be happy to assist.

Right to Erasure – Photo Removal Statement

We respect the privacy and rights of all individuals featured in our photographs. In accordance with data protection laws, including the UK GDPR, you have the right to request the removal (erasure) of any image in which you appear. If you would like a photo containing your image to be removed or edited (face etc blurred) from our website, social media, or any other published platform, please contact us with the following information: (Your full name), (Link to the photo(s) you wish to have removed/edited),(Proof of your identity (to ensure we are processing the request securely)), (Optional: Your preferred outcome (complete deletion, blurring, or cropping))

We will review and respond to your request as quickly as possible. In most cases, removal / editing will be completed within 30 days. If there is any legitimate reason why we cannot delete a specific image (for example, legal obligations or historical archive requirements), we will notify you and explain the reasoning. We are committed to handling all requests promptly, respectfully, and in line with your rights.
