Tank

The Branch has been informed of the sudden and sad passing of our friend, and Branch Vice Chairman, Lee “Tank” Gardner.

Tank passed away yesterday morning from a heart attack whilst getting on train in Preston as he was going to a training course at Hague House.

Our Chairman said;

“This has got to be one of the hardest things I have had to do since becoming your Branch Chairman, and to be honest, there are no words that come even close to expressing my feelings at this moment in time.
After long hours trying to put my feelings down on paper, I have decided that now is not the time for any epitaphs, that can be done later when the news isn’t so raw.
As I write this short, but heart felt message, I cannot express my sorrow that goes out to Kate and Josh on their loss, and to whom I pass my sincerest condolences at this moment in time.
Mate you will be missed by more people than you could ever have thought possible, so for now all I can say is RIP Lee “Tank” Gardner”

The thoughts and prayers of the Branch go out to Tank’s family, especially his wife Kate and son Josh.
