We will be launching the RBLR Poppy Appeal this year at The  Winter Gardens in Harrogate on Saturday 25th October. This also coincides with the final regional meeting of the year; therefore, we have a private room booked for 1100 then following the meeting we will be having 2 stands, one either end of the pub where we can relieve punters of their cash until late Saturday evening
