An annual event for RBL Riders Branch members, and guests, only. Normally held end of June, start of July in a different location each year.

The Club can seat up to 150 people inside, but with an outdoor patio area also available, we can then take 200 people max.
Royal Wootton Bassett was chosen because 2025 will mark the 20th anniversary of the initial repatriation, which was for 10 Servicemen aboard Hercules XV179.
Then as we all know, it became the focus for future Repatriations from 2007 – 2011, and the RBLR were involved with many of the Families of the Service Personnel who were repatriated.
2025 also marks the Riders 21st birthday.

INFORMATION

The Rally team will be on site from Thursday morning until the whole site is cleared on Sunday.
No dogs allowed except for Registered Guide and assistance Dogs
Riders can arrive on Thursday afternoon.
Caravans to be sited in car park, electricity can be provided for personnel with medical needs with advanced notification.
RBLR Stalls will be allocated in the camping area
Tents & associated motorbikes to be sited to plan on field, all the Rugby pitches are out of bounds at all times.
24/7 security to be supplied by RBLR
NO disposable BBQs
Fire extinguishers to be supplied by RBLR

Bar opening & closing times to be agreed with Dave/Dawn (bar manager and Event co-ordinator) nearer the time
Catering companies/food trucks will be on site
Shower block/changing rooms available
Tea urns & tent set up by RBLR and proceeds to poppy appeal
Stage for bands will be set up
Plastic cups to be provided by club for all drinks unless guest has own tanker (No glass)
Ride out on Saturday, Police & town clerk will be informed and access in/out of club marshalled by
RBLR
There will be space for caravans, motorhomes and camping.
